If normal lobsters turn from olive and brown to red when cooked, what happens to these?

@Benjy They turn red as well. They are only special looking before they are turned to perfection..err cooked.

@Anonymous Coward: Same here. I live in Connecticut, not Maine, but blue lobsters are still pretty common. I’m surprised the blue one got posted instead of the orange one, actually.
