Touchscreen fun on SNL. (Hulu = US only)
Looking for a job? Got a position to fill? Check out the Job Board.
Over 1 million people use 37signals' simple web-based software to collaborate on projects, track contacts, and organize their business with an intranet.
I was fully expecting this to be a cheesy mockup of a touchscreen with some kind of accompanying semi-choreographed routine. But that looked real. Very impressive for SNL !
37 Signals get backslashed by posting US only content. And rightfully, so.

Yup, please don’t publish US-only material, it’s a lot like if you started publishing IE-only stuff.

That clip is great.
Why is everyone acting like it was 37signals decision that Hulu only serve certain videos to the US only? It’s not like this is a unique concept, either. The BBC has been annoying the rest of us with “UK only” videos for years.
The nbc.com URL posted above works fine. It’s just that Hulu is bound by certain licensing restrictions if they want to publish the content at all.

@Vincent – that’s the correct URL , viewable outside of the US.
Hulu is licensed for US-only distribution, but NBC .com is open.

US only. Bad idea. Goes against 37signals principles.

US only is a slap in the face to the rest of the world. I find it very provocative. Why does 37s support this?
Marc 28 Oct 08
US only sucks big time. What is this all about? Must be money related….
Murray 28 Oct 08
US only? On a website about usability?? Someone’s having a laugh.

Us only = I can’t understand why you promote this video.
