I love the way you think about management and organizations. We’re currently so locked into our hierarchical organizational structures that management sometimes doesn’t know a lot of the necessary technical details to make good decisions about where to spend money and hiring and such.

I definitely like the way you talk about only expanding when you absolutely know you need to, after you’ve already tried to do the job yourself, and maybe have gotten by for a year or so on your own.
