Some of these companies job boards are good indications that you probably don’t want to work there. I’m looking at you, Best Buy.

I also don’t understand why companies continue to post developer jobs in the Design category. What a great way to make yourself look totally clueless. How hard is it to put the job in the correct category?

Also, don’t call it a Design position if it contains any mention of PHP , Rails, OOP (event Javascript may be a stretch). Since you obviously have no idea what a design position should entail, here’s a tip: it doesn’t involve programming.
